There are three ways to order from Crop Hub.
1. Online web-store: If the product is available for online purchase, it is physically here (SPOT) in any of our American warehouses. If you are located in the continental United States, the shipping cost will be added to the purchase and fulfilled by UPS. For online orders outside the USA please contact us after you have completed the purchase.
2. Wholesale Purchasing: Look over Crop Hub’s wholesale inventory list, and then please reach out to us via the form or phone number regarding the volume you would like to purchase. We will draft you quotes and fulfill it as soon as you place your order. Shipping can be expedited if needed, as inventory is located domestically.
3. Direct from Origin: Look over Crop Hub’s origin & producer list then reach out to us via the form or phone number regarding the volumes you would like to purchase. Pricing will be more competitive than wholesale and payment will be due upon delivery.
Online orders of product in increments of 50lbs or less, will be fulfilled within 24 hours and delivered by UPS to your location. Shipping costs are automatically added to the order during checkout. Shipping usually takes about 5-7 business days
For orders with full sized bags from our domestic warehouses we use our pallet rates. You can elect to ship right away and have the freight cost built into your total or leave the coffee in our warehouse and arrange pickup or delivery with us later. This is done via the shipping tab in checkout. All our wholesale orders are shipped in Grain Pro bags, with an external polypropylene or Jute bag. Shipping normally takes 7-10 business days.
We compile multiple orders during shipments to give our customers competitive rates on the logistics costs. Delivery dates will have to be chosen from our shipping schedule, and shipment will departure from the origin accordingly. Buyers who purchase 1 or more full containers, can choose their own shipping dates.
Payments for purchases from the Online store must be paid at checkout.
Payments for wholesale purchasing must be paid once customer is invoiced, and shipment will depart as soon as the invoice is fulfilled.
Deposits must be put down on purchases direct from origin, and buyers will pay the remainder upon delivery of product.
We stand behind our products and hope you will reach to us if you encounter any problems. We will work with you to come up with a solution for any issues. At this time however, Crop Hub private label products are non-refundable. If you have any questions about our private label prior to purchasing, we would love to speak with you. When your order arrives, please inspect the condition of your shipment before signing off on the delivery. In the event your shipment arrives with damage, please note the damage on the delivery drivers receipt but still accept the delivery. You should also document the damage upon delivery with photos, which will help with the claim process. You will file a claim directly with the shipping company but Crop Hub will assist in this process as needed.
We manage our inventory very carefully and our coffees turn over very quickly. Just as our inventory of available coffees & cacao is updated on a regular basis, prices can also change depending on time of year, availability, etc.
